A new diet pill, a beach side vacation, or an eyebrow lift, each of these luxuries promise a better life, but they also carry insidious dangers few people realize. This jaw-dropping series will explore how things can go painfully, dramatically, and sometimes tragically wrong when we least expect it as the risks of luxury become a horrifying reality.
In each episode, a different industry will be examined through firsthand interviews with the real-life people whose holidays/cosmetic surgery/diets ended in disaster. A team of experts will offer their analysis on how these tragic events occurred and advise viewers on how best to avoid these terrors.
On a high-class vacation, you expect every whim to be met, but our unlucky tourists only wanted survival. Instead of escaping the cruel world, our victims were confronted with the harsh reality of terrible weather, annoying construction, dangerous animals, medicals scams, and even acts of terrorism.
When beginning their diets and cosmetic surgeries these victims were expecting a major life improvement, but instead it turned into a fight for their lives. From organ failure, allergic reactions, and terrifying disfigurement, the victims experienced the dangers of wanting drastic body improvement.
