Description
A witty, character-driven sitcom centering on a lawyer in her 40s who falls in love with a surfing instructor in his 20s. Can their relationship survive the obstacles life and family put in the way?
Talia Robinson is a successful lawyer; she’s divorced and the mother of three children, aged 16 to 21, who all still live at home. Yishai Ben David is a 22-year-old surfing instructor who is best friends with Talia’s eldest son Daniel. When Talia wakes up in Yishai’s apartment, she’s adamant that it’s just a one-night stand.
However, six months later, the couple are still dating and in love – but still in secret. Sick of sneaking around, they decide to come clean to Talia’s children – and their revelation sends the family into chaos. But Talia also has a surprise in store – Yishai has decided he’s taking their relationship to the next level and moves in with her and the kids.
From parents and children to ex-partners and bosses, now everyone has to contend with the new situation… This unconventional couple must deal with the generational gap, a hostile environment – especially from their families, who aren’t taking it too well – and every little and amusing crisis life puts in their way.
But no matter what happens, it’s always Talia and Yishai together against the world, beating the odds. Well, almost always…
