A trusted journalist host is present at each undercover operation when we call on the services of various individuals and businesses to do simple repair jobs. Caught on camera, we spectate as some fraudsters fail to repair the problem and use the cheapest tricks to cheat the unwitting consumer. However, unlike other consumer shows, Fair & Square focuses on praising those who prove to be professional, trustworthy and offer consumers real value for their money.
